CaringBridge post from Wednesday evening... By Sarah Larson — 13 hours ago I hope this update finds you all well. Today I enjoyed an array of company. Myah got to leave her room for a bit and visit with me in my room. She gets tired pretty quickly, but sure is good company while shes awake :) Myah exhibits her same personality traits.. All of them :) Couple note worthy items to pass along today.. We are waiting for insurance to preapprove Myah to move to Mayo in Rochester. They have what appears to be an outstanding pediatric brain injury rehab facility. Gillette Childrens was our intent and first choice but they cant take her for some time yet and we want to get moving with more advanced rehab. Secondly.. Today I was talking about the crash and that Id seen pictures of Daves car. Myah asked to see the picture so I showed her the paper. Then out of the blue she says she wants to read the article..what the heck? Since when does Myah want to read the paper.. So with that said..I told her it was only a little bit about the picture and not worth reading ( I hadnt told her about Brianna ). My sweet persistent daughter then told me that she wanted to read about the picture..ughhhh So she did read it and asked me about Brianna, I explained that Brianna also was hurt bad like she is, but is in a bigger hospital. She asked to call her :( tough to explain, but just told her that Brianna cant talk right now, that she has to heal. I dont know what Myah will retain, but wanted to let everyone know that one more person is now praying for Brianna. Please continue to pray for our girls.. God bless..
