The next couple of months will be the most active part of the year in the fitness world, not to mention Beachbody is going to be releasing a number of amazing new products (21 Day Fix Extreme, Insanity MAX 30, etc). You dont want to be trying to jump on the back of the train as it pulls out of the station, you want to be driving that sucker. :) My next challenge group still start December 1st (but you can jump in sooner if you are really motivated!).
