Carl.... Some of my rig. Godin L.R. Baggs acoustic/electric. Musicman Sterling. 1968 P Bass currently with EMGs soon to receive Fralins that are sitting waiting. BBE Bmax pre, SWR Stereo 800, Aguilar GS112, GS112NT and a very rare Ampeg B1 pre/power amp. I use a Cusack Bass Screamer, Boss CS-2B and Cusack More Louder. No piece weighs more than 40 lbs. It takes a few trips but beats the hell out of 80-100 lb cabs. I tried the ultra light heads, all of them, but nothing compared to the BBE/SWR combination. Totally thumps. Next time, my Phil Jones rig (yum).
