Carlos Delgado (21 votes) is 1 of 5 players to have 10 straight seasons with at least 30+ HRs. Somehow, he didnt receive enough votes to stay on the ballot (5% or 28 votes). Sad. He is just one of many guys that didnt get what they deserve here, but to be entirely off the ballot this soon is really unfortunate, and we can blame the system, as I mentioned earlier....Ill be going over the overall percentages later
