Carlsbad Police Department and Carlsbad Community Anti-Drug & Gang Coalition have teamed up with other local organizations to kickoff spring break in a family-friendly way. From noon to 4 pm today families are encouraged to bring their kids to the Beach area for games, prizes, food and fun during the Fourth Annual Spring Fling. There will be dance and cheer performances and appearances by the CHS athletic teams. The event is free and open to everyone. #springbreak
