Carmen was a pregnant momma who came to us in 2009. We got this adorable note from her mommy today. She is Canine Good Citizen of her town and a celebrity. She was a bit of a NIGHTMARE when we tried to adopt her out as she was returned twice, but third time is a charm! THIS is why we do what we do! :) Hello everyone at SOS! Here is wonderful Carmen, aka CharmDog, in this years costume. On her cart you can see her ID cards for her pet-therapy career. She is SO much fun! This dog has the best sense of humor, not to mention being a good sport about her costumes. I make them so they hang in front of her & shes able to stay cool in the hot nursing homes. Halloween Day was our 5 yr anniversary. Shes getting a powder-sugar face, but she still runs like the wind & has a blast.
