Carmilla The Galactic Vampire Empress. I designed this Makeup with many sources of inspiration in mind. It started when I saw THOR the Dark World. and I just loved the Idea of Space Alien Dark Elves, but alas there where only two character designs and the rest where mask wearing duplicates. The Second Inspiration came from The Bloody Countess Character from the anime Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust. Another Hybrid Alien Vampire with a nod to the renaissance period. I loved how she was styled after the fashion of that era fused with the gothic vampire theme and the futuristic space fantasy. I wanted to take these ideas of genre fusion to the next level and create my own original design, perhaps in a fanfic future where Carmilla ascended to the stars and started her own Vampire Empire filled with terror and beauty.
