Carol Bailey joins the Levantine Training Centre as Head of Oil&Gas The Levantine Training Centre (LTC) is delighted to announce that Carol Bailey, former Country Chairman of Shell Companies in Indonesia, having held Senior Executive and Operational roles in a broad range of disciplines in the Oil & Gas and FMCG industries throughout Asia and Europe, has joined the Levantine Training Centre of ShipCon as Head of the Oil&Gas section. Since 2011, Carol settled in Cyprus providing research, advisory and consulting services to the emerging hydrocarbons and power industries in Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean region. LTC aims to be a training provider of the highest quality for Helath & Safety and Oil&Gas professionals, serving the professional needs of the local industry as well as that of the Middle East and beyond, and Carol along with the rest of the LTC team will play a key role in this effort.
