Carol Lou and I just want to take a minute and take our hats off to all the people involved in Perus Circus. Not only the fabulous kids that perform, but also to all the unselfish people and organizations that donate their effort to continue our City Theme. The police, fire department, EMT, riggers, trainers, street department, new media, city government and county government, bus drivers that take the elderly to the shows, utility department, trash haulers, mothers that donate their time sewing and making uniforms, financial donors, local vendors, street department, great citizens of Miami County, forever dedicated band members, drivers in the parade and participants that form and regulate the parade, Chamber of Commerce, circus quarters, plus all the other unselfish people that donate their time to such a great event/events. This is an unending list and I have missed many, but to all of you, Thank You and God Bless you all, it is such a sign that we do have youths of the highest in character that will carry on this Great Nation of ours.
