Carol Wingreen is going to the dark side and going to run this solo 100km race: riverrun100.au/events/100km-ultra-marathon/ on Sunday 24th August 2014 At the same time on the same course is a relay. I am entering a team for the sole purpose of supporting and running with Carol. I will run 30 to 40km, as required (preferably the last bit) but I’ll need other runners, plus some support crew, many while I am running; This is how I see it working: -We start at 4AM. -Its a 10km loop. -Carol plans to run at 6mins/km, until she can’t do it anymore. If we get too many enthusiastic people, we will enter 2 teams. So if you have an hour or so free, and can run at least 10km in an hour, please come and join us,
