Caroline shares a success story: Best feeling ever and its all thanks to you. Unconditional love. My daughter and I had a disagreement over having her music box in her bed she was hysterical. She was so angry at me and didnt want me with her so my partner went and calmed her down. 5 mins later I went in to give her and her sister their good night kiss and secret (I whisper something I have enjoyed doing with them or something that is special about them each night). She was still angry but wanted her secret, I whispered I love you even when you dont love me, she looked taken back but left it at that. 10 mins later she called out to me so I went and saw what she wanted. Why did you say that secret? she said. I said because I want you to know I always love you no matter what even if we argue you should her seen her face biggest grin ever. Another quick kiss and cuddle, then 5 mins later I LOVE YOU is being yelled from the bedroom over and over. I love connecting and building a real relationship with my children.
