Carrs DIDD waiting list case manager called and left me a message to call her. So I did. No answer. She called again and with Scarlet sick I still could not get to the phone. She called me today to tell me she made a mistake calling me. I laughed. I said, Are you Carrs DIDD case manager? to which she replied she was. She said she was calling the next person on the list and did not mean to call me. I told her she left a message for Felicia Burk. I asked her why she did not contact Carr. She said they dont call people. I asked her why she sent a letter a year ago asking how we wanted to be contacted. I completed the form to say email us, call us weekly, stop by the house so I asked her why she never contacted us. She said we just sent out a quarterly letter. I told her it is an annual letter if it has been a year since you sent a letter. I told her Carr continues to be in urgent crisis. She said, Well, I just called because you kept calling me.
