Carrying the WEIGHT of the ministry is not easy for Pastors sometimes. I am so blessed and thankful to God to have leaders who consistently helps me carry the WEIGHT of the ministry. While I was on my 5 week sabbatical, my assistants-Pastor Fred & Elder Regina Barnar Carter carried the WEIGHT of the ministry. Evangelist Laurel Parsons, Elder Barbara Savage and Elder Rob carried the WEIGHT through prayer, support and faithfulness. Thank you all for stepping up to the plate handling ALL the affairs of the ministry while I was out. Because of your care and concern, I was able to get the rest that I needed and thank God that I am well rested!!! Love you Spiritual Growth Ministries!
