Cary Best Buy ROCKS! This is a beautiful sight..a new, working dishwasher…thanks to the folks at the Cary Best Buy. When a repair guy came to fix my not quite two-year old, leaking dishwasher a couple of weeks ago, he accidentally broke the door. Best Buy offered to replace the whole dishwasher. The store manager spent well over an hour helping me find one that fit all my needs and my space (they keep getting taller--some are 36 tall now). When the only one that would work was in another state, he fast-track special ordered it and got me on a delivery route the day after it came into the store. When the delivery guys accidentally brought me the wrong dishwasher yesterday, the store manager himself put it in a Best Buy delivery truck and brought it to my house in Raleigh this afternoon and met the installer guys at the end of their day. And then he gave me an additional discount for all my trouble. These guys were so nice and so generous, not to mention knowledgeable. Its out of the way, a further distance than other stores, but I strongly recommend shopping for appliances-and Apple products--at the Cary Best Buy.
