Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. FIP North America Zone A Playoff, Dec 6-14. The draw was held this evening for the playing schedule for the FIP North America Zone A Playoff at the Casa de Campo Resort in the Dominican, with teams from Canada, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and the United States participating. On Monday morning at 10am Mexico will play Canada in a practice match followed by a 4pm practice game between the United States and the Dominican Republic. In Wednesday morning’s opening day of play, the United States is scheduled to face Canada followed in the afternoon by a game between Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The second round of play is scheduled for Friday at 10am with the Winner of the Canada vs. Canada game meeting the loser of the Mexico and the Dominican Republic contest at 4pm, the Winner of Match 2 (Mexico vs. the Dominican Republic) will play the Loser of Match 1 (Canada vs. the United States). The third and final round of games has been set for Sunday, December 14th followed by awards ceremonies. The winner of the tournament will advance to the 2015 FIP World Polo Championship in Chile in March.
