Case # 13-10033 evidence Text message from Natasha Knight that she was on her way out. We were asleep & didnt get it till after the burglary. While officers were here, Brenda called the bank reporting stolen bank cards. The bank said someone had tried to use one of the cards earlier at an ATM at Denali Alaska that morning, but the transaction had been denied. One of the officers left then to get photos of the transaction. Informants called approximately 1 pm saying she had been visiting a person at the Aspen Hotel. When that person found out she had robbed us, (him knowing Brenda Madsens son) he ordered her out. She called aquaintances needing a ride & was trying to sell some guns. We notified APD, & met them & informants @ Lowes parking lot on Tudor road. Informants ID her to APD officers @ TDF Fridays. At that time she had 4 backpacks with her. An officer approached us & said she was talking & they had taken her away. No arrest was made. It was over a month before the backpacks were opened----why so long? Approximately 10 days later, we were advised that she was trying to sell some of our high value jewelery. We furnished capital to buy it back, but when she met up, she had someone unknown to the buyer, so the buyer backed off. Approximately 6 weeks after the burglary, Sgt Percell came to our house. He said that no one in the dept. wanted the case & he had just got back from vacation. He brought a list of items found after the backpacks were opened. There were at least 4 bank cards from persons other than ours not belonging to Natasha. Sometime later, Sgt. Purcell told us that she had confessed to the burglary. She had been a friend of Brendas son Terry Brown & had been to our house several times. We had helped her financially & she had been paid to clean the house & garage, so she knew where everything was. She & friends had previously tried to sell us 3 1/2” Dewalt impact wrenches, also pre Euro currency & a coin dated 270 Ad. Where were they stolen from? If there is not enough evidence, who destroyed it? Does being a snitch exonerate her from being prosecuted? Through contacts, she has promised to get even with us Causing severe mental anguish. All this happened while we were asleep. Normally Brenda is a light sleeper, but one of her daughters close friend had had passed away & she was very upset. Junior a Madsen Brenda Madsen
