Case Manager - Make a difference in the lives of foster teens ages 16 - 20 by working in our supervised independent living program. Design effective goals and activities and teach life skills from established curriculum to ensure personal growth and independence. Responsible for a caseload of 3-4 clients. Preferred candidate will have 1-2 years previous social service experience, competent computer skills, excellent organizational skills and effective time management. In addition to life skills teaching, staff will oversee regulatory compliance of the site and transport teens to appointments as needed. Available shift: 11pm to 7am with Thursday and Friday off at our Wilkinsburg location.
