Possession of Heroin 21a-279a 2. Possession of Heroin WITS 21a-278b 3. Possession of Heroin within 1500 feet of a school zone 21a-279d 4. Possession of Heroin WITS within 1500 feet of a school zone 21a-278a(b Bond: $50,000 cash/ Surety COURT DATE: 08/08/2014 On 08/07/2014 at approximately 5:45 pm members of the members of the Troop D Quality of Life Task Force in cooperation with the Statewide Narcotics - East Office, the Brooklyn Resident Trooper’s Office, the Killingly Resident Trooper’s Office and Troopers assigned to Troop D executed a narcotics related search and seizure warrant #11 Elm Street, Apartment “A” Brooklyn, CT. The search warrant was obtained after an investigation revealed that Jason Latour (W/M 05/13/1978) was selling heroin from his residence. When entry was made into the residence, Jason Latour attempted to flee via an exterior basement door but was apprehended by State Troopers that were guarding the perimeter of the apartment complex. A search was then conducted of the residence and heroin pre-packaged for sale, packaging materials, a cell phone and a narcotic concealment container were located and seized. As a result of the search warrant Jason Latour was arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Heroin WITS, Possession of Heroin within 1500 feet of a school zone/daycare and Possession of Heroin WITS within 1500 feet of a school zone/daycare. Jason Latour was transported to Troop D Danielson barracks where he was processed and held on a 50,000 cash/surety bond and is to appear in Danielson Superior Court on 08/08/14 for the above charges.
