Client, a teacher for local school system, charged of crime for leaving vehicle containing baby in car while entering premises of her other childs caretaker to pick up child #2. As luck would have it, the car was towed for improper parking by the time she returned to the vehicle containing baby. Case Result: Case dismissed today based on a negotiated plea agreement with prosecutor. No jail. No fine, no criminal record. WIN!
