Case of MLN(E) and Pseudo Solution by Leadership of Nandita :Negative Impact of Leaderships letter for continuation till 19th Dec,2014 Dear Friends, The fire spread by letter of Leadeship of Nandita to Principals for continuation of adhocs for 28 days is burning happiness and stability of adhoc teachers. As of now, I am in Raebraeli(UP) and just got this sms from leadership of Nandita- All members shd reach MLN E at 2.30 pm on 3rd Dec to ensure extension of 2 ad hoc teachers till 19 Dec. Governing Body is meeting at 3pm. Nandita Narain(DUTA Pres) . This fire fighting is killing adhoc teachers.Nandita ji why did u not give call for 120 days? Although, we support for all cause of adhoc teachers and college admin must be pressurized for continuation of referred adhoc teachers, but Nandita ji why not for 120 days? By demanding continuation for 28 days, u are putting adhocs in another trouble and this relief will be pseudo relief. Although,we support for every action for adhocs, but it should not be done to make them more vulnerable.
