Bonas, 344 F.3d 945 (9th Cir. 2003), Yea - FBI Dear Magistrate Chapman, I write to request a copy of my own court ordered report in the above matter. Background follows. In April 2001, based on words U.S. Attorney Ronald Cheng advanced in court through agent Barbara Masterson, I was ordered to submit to a psychological evaluation (Dr. Saul Faerstein) to possibly secure bail. I submitted. The evaluation was conducted in April, 2001. I was never provided a copy of the report. It was tendered to you, Ms. Rosalyn Chapman. You used it to deny me bail and keep me prisoner. Thus, I ask you to mail me a copy of that report. I have made multiple requests for a copy of this report from three sources in possession of it: U.S. Attorney Ronald Cheng’s office; 3) The Federal Public Defender (Callie Steele); and 3) from Dr. Saul Faerstein himself. My requests have been unprofessionally ignored. I require a copy of the subject report so I can tender my psychological background and files for current and prospective psychological aid. I would appreciate either an informal directive or formal order simply instructing one or all of the above professionals to tender my report to me without further delay. I apologize for the U.S. Attorneys and Brand Name firm esquires’ sick fraud and concealment of the attached exculpatory information from this court; this has continued, unabated, since ‘01.
