Cassation Court rules in favor of #Zain-Iraq: Zain announced that #Iraq’s Court of Appeal issued its verdict on January 22, 2015 in favor of Atheer #Telecommunications #Iraq Limited in the lawsuit filed by one of the #companies operating in #Iraq. Atheer announced in a statement to Kuwait #Stock Exchange that #Iraq’ Court of Appeal decided to dismiss the appeal due to reasons mentioned in the decision of the Federal Court of Cassation. It is worth noting that the Court of Appeal’s decision is subject to appeal before the Federal Court of Cassation.
