Cast Your Vote Now for the Gazettes Best of the Springs! Pens & Needles is running again for The Best Tattoo Parlor under the City Life category for Best Tattoo Parlor! Of course we cant do it without you, though. Voting is now open through February 15, to vote for the citys best in more than 250 categories. Need a little incentive to crank up the computer? The Gazette will randomly choose six winners from the pool of voters. One person will receive a $500 gift certificate to his choice of one of the 2014 Best of the Springs winners.
