Category: News Published on Tuesday, 15 July 2014 05:00 Written by Onimisi Alao, Jos Hits: 311 Ten people were feared dead at Zamadede, a community in Pil- Gani District of Langtang North LGA of Plateau State yesterday following an attack by gunmen. The attackers, witnesses said, were dressed in military uniform and escaped after unleashing mayhem on the community. A witness, Mrs Bassey Hosea, who lost two members of her family, said the attackers killed people in their houses. The lawmaker representing Langtang North and Langtang South Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Beni Lar, expressed regret that the attack has shaken the peace in her constituency. Beni Lar told newsmen at her family residence in Jos that it was tragic the people had to suffer in the hands of marauders. Attempts to speak with the spokesman of Special Task Force (STF) Capt Ihedichi Iweha and that of the Police Command, DSP Abu Emmanuel, failed.
