Catholic Doicese of Makurdi get an Bishop Usus Successor following the approval of Monsignor Wilfred Chikpa Anagbe as the Coadjutor Bishop to the retiring Bishop A. A Usu by Pope Francis. Bishop Usu who is the First Indegeneous Bishop of the Diocese created 4 dioceses from reign. They are; Lafia, Otukpo, Gboko, and Kastina-Ala. Monsignor Anagbe on the other hand was ordained in 1994 as Catholic priest. He was born in 1965 and Hail from Aondona village, Taraku Towm, Gwer-East Local Goverment area of Benue state. Until his elevation, Monsignor Anagbe is the treasurer, Catholic Military Chaplaincies. Also, he has worked extensively outside his native doicec of Makurdi with his Missionary work larfely base in the Eastern part of the country. Before Bishopric appointment, he was the Parish Priest at Onyangede area of Catholic Diocese of Otukpo. For clarification sake, a coadjutor Bishop is a Bishop that is entitle to right of succession, which means it is not synonymous with an Auxiliary Bishop. This is because, an Auxiliary bishop is mere a helper to a substantial Bishop that posseses no right of succession to the Bishoric seat known as Cathedra in the event of any eventuality. #McEDACITY
