Catholic church leaders know me and may give me their secret vote but they can never ever endorse me. I took indefinite leave of absence in May 2011 and later in August 2011 announced I would vote for Sata. I could never have done it from the pulpit. Catholics in Southern province voted for UPND. In Eastern for MMD, Luapula PF. Northern MMD and PF same with Lusaka and Kopala. So Catholics voted as they wished. In fact one leader who lost is on record accusing Catholic leaders of supporting Sata. At meetings I have heard him speaking ill of our Bishops. This is the truth.
