Cathy Stepp is a Walker puppet...doubt she put up much objection to it despite how the following quote appears: "On Aug. 30, DNR Secretary Cathy Stepp said she had no choice but to approve the Legislature’s $500,000 grant to the United Sportsmen of Wisconsin Foundation, even though the group was unfit to perform the grant’s specified services and fudged its nonprofit status. But on Sept. 5, Gov. Scott Walker canceled the grant after USWF president Andy Pantzlaff repeatedly misstated the group’s nonprofit status, and the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported Pantzlaff illegally killed a black bear in 2005 and initially lied about it to conservation wardens."
