Catty memorizing The Gettysburg Address by Monday is making us crazy. Weve got to do this in 3 days, while on vacation. So were cramming it in wherever we can - in the car, on the plane, in the airport, before bed. I broke it into 7 parts and Cattys up to the middle of page 6 now. I cannot BELIEVE how hard she is working on this! We were slap-happy exhausted with it today and Catty was delivering the speech in a dead exhausted monotone. I teased her that she didnt sound very much like Lincoln. Catty said one more line and then - Oh dear, Ive been shot. Im sorry, Im too dead to deliver the rest of my speech. (I think she should do that if she forgets her lines in front of the class LOL) I will post a funny vid clip of us rehearsing a few lines tomorrow. You will see how insane we are getting!
