Computer applications will do more of the work for us, but the new technology is coming faster than training. This creates stress. Provide more training for this new technology. We are obese because we are storing more energy than we use...youre either eating too much or youre lazy. Most of us are both. Its a simple equation - eat what you need. Nothing more. If you eat more than you need, youll have to exercise to burn it off. Period. Make a resolution in 2015 to learn more about what your body needs. Be kind to yourself. Treat your body like its carrying around an incredible magic potion capable of doing tremendous things, because that is exactly what your body is - a vessel carrying an incredible spirit. As for the uninsured rates. Its simple. Greedy men are being paid by other greedy men to prevent them from having to pay for insurance. Tell them all to stop trying to deny you access to the doctor for a reasonable price. Were done being a wealthy community which doesnt provide healthcare as a right. It is a basic human right. Nobody has the right to neglect or abuse our health. Period. Develop universal health coverage which is paid up for all citizens. No more insurance. No more pharmaceutical giants. No more patents. You make a discovery, great, human kind benefits.
