James Appel has been invited by the Moslem leadership to build a new hospital near Abeche, Chad. A group of Adventists are planning the construction of the new facility. James has been in the news much since he has just returned from Monrovia, Liberia and has a long history of medical service in Africa. James and Sarah currently work at the Moundou Adventist Surgery Center in Chads second largest city.
