Cavan Indoor Championships was as busy as ever and proved a super show to develop the young horses and give the older ones a warm up for the international indoor circuit. Ross won the 4 yr old qualifier and was second in the final with the striking grey mare Kato. Aramis was second with me in the qualifier and the final of the Hankook sponsored 6 & 7 year old championships. Cherie had a fence down in the Grand Prix but it was good preparation for the Horse of the The Year Show in Birmingham in a weeks time. I fly to Beijing tonight to coach a group of young riders and compete in the World Cup qualifier on borrowed horses!
