Cavolo Nero, pear, banana and ground flax smoothie with a little oat milk & water. I love Cavolo Nero, its available in supermarkets. If you dont like banana you could replace it with pineapple or avocado. Cavolo Nero is the same family of vegetable as kale but I think its a little less fibrous. I love the taste, you can definitely taste the chlorophyll very green. Chlorophyll has a similar molecular structure to haemoglobin - the substance that makes blood red and which is responsible for transporting oxygen around the body.
