Cecil County Executive Tari Moore walked away from a nearly two-hour breakfast meeting with Governor-elect Larry Hogan on Tuesday thinking that it might be the first of many positive exchanges. I believe this meeting was a significant step to Cecil County having a ‘seat at the table’ on important policy decisions at the state level, Moore said Wednesday. Cecil County is not alone with concerns of state regulations that are costly to businesses and prevent job creation, Moore said. Every county executive at the meeting shared the same concerns.
