Celebrate the 4th with Joy and gratitude and feel good tomorrow. This is not the day to skip the morning smoothie. It will most likely be the most nutritious thing you will have all day. Take a healthy dessert and avoid the "flag" cake with blue & red dyes or jello. Take a raw healthy side dish or appetizer. Think "half" size. Half a burger or dog, half an ear of corn, and half the amout of potato salad will limit your exposure. Graze instead of eating one large meal. Take your own home made vitamin water with fruit and herbs. Fill your cup often! Keep your foccus on friends instead of FOOD. Play games, be active and visit with friends and family.
