Celebrate the Judiciary Act of 1789 with the Federal Bar Association! Young U.S. Courthouse, Jury Assembly Room 401 West Central Boulevard, Orlando Florida 32801 Photo Identification Required For Entry The Judiciary Act of 1789 was one of the first laws passed by the first session of the first Congress. The Act established a United States Marshal for each federal district, and made the United States Marshals Service the only enforcement authority for federal laws, court orders, and presidential decrees at that time. Please join Bill Berger, United States Marshal, for a luncheon celebrating the Act and also honoring the Deputy Marshals and Courthouse Security Personnel that keep us safe in the federal courthouse.
