Celebrate this Christmas with a gift... this holiday dont eat your favorite food. do a fast. fast on christmas eve noche buena. show your solidarity with the typhoon victims. if you intend to buy a holiday ham, put the money in an envelop and send it to your favorite relief organization to help the typhoon victims. if you intend to buy a gift for a loved one, an inaanak, bless him with a card that says, i gave P2,000 pesos in your name to the typhoon victims care of the Red Cross or any relief organization you know. Our mission, MMP has canceled our christmas party, which is really just a humble one, and the money for the party will be sent instead to the typhoon victims. one of our staff comes from Burgos, a town in southern Leyte, an hour away from Ormoc. His family lost a lot and is quite in need. My wife wanted to leave this friday with a medical mission but tonight was warned not to go. Lets continue to pray. Maybe monday next week we can finally bring relief goods in both Samar and Leyte. Matnog where all the buses and RoRo goes is jammed packed with long queues of passengers and trucks. Bringing the relief goods will take also a miracle.
