Celebrate your childrens differences. Do not collapse to conformity. Its ok to be unique. Their uniqueness is Gods stamp on you. Everyones purpose is different. Separate identities from what their performance. Theyre always a 10 in Gods eyes. If they fail at something, they are not a failure. You need to constantly affirm your children so that they know they are loved and approved by you! They need to know their value and worth. Kids turn to self-destructive behavior and eventually crime, because they do not know how valuable and worthy they are in your eyes. Many children never hear their father tell them they are loved. Children need to know that they are blessed, that they are your beloved. The affirmation of your children is crucial. Even when disciplining your children, it should be out of love and concern. Lay hands on them, hug them, kiss them, hold their hands and bless them. They need to be affirmed with words just as much as affection!
