Celebrated Robs birthday (again) last night with his parents (Jim & Nathelle Oates) and the Grandparents got to have one last dinner with Amanda Oates before she leaves on Sunday (early AM) on her long trip to Seoul, Korea. She has signed a one year contract with a private school in Seoul, South Korea; to teach English as a second language to Elementary age children. We are excited for her future and although (I think she is a little apprehensive) she is also excited to be striking out on her own. Our last day together will be baking chocolate chip cookies on Saturday afternoon while she finishes her packing. If anyone wants to come by and say goodbye or wish her well... we will be here after 12:noon baking cookies (you might even get a cookie if they are finished!!!) feel free to stop over
