Celebrating 12 years for the establishment of VBSP, celebrating the 11th year joined the VBSP with a lot of fun and difficulties. Looking back over with too much difficulties, especially in 2007 when I had wanted to leave this work, but the fate seems to keep me connected my life with VBSP? August 2004 I joined VBSP as a loan officer, June 2005 to continue receiving new duties as the head of credit and until August 2007, I had been transferred to a new office with a position of vice manager in the same province, May 2009 I had been received new position as manager to continue conquer difficulties and let that office to be better from a stagnant office became pretty strong office in the system . One more time, August 2011, I turned back to the old office with a deeply confused, leave or stay?, and eventually I had been following the calling of my heart, and continue to fight for the poor people in my countryside. Until now, after more than 3 years to strengthen this office has continued to be the leading office in the province, the challenge has gradually passed, more beautiful homeland with a small part of my contributions, I felt a serene infinity! Today, sitting in the room to work everyday and thinking about the days have passed, the life have a lot of nice, colleagues, brothers and my poor customers in my countryside, self – realize that I must try my best for everything, for my life, my countryside and for the future of VBSP too. Let me try and fight to the end of my life because of what is the best, my friends, my colleagues and poor customers in my countryside! A little anniversary in the establishment of VBSP!
