Celebrating 7 days of 1 hour swims + 1 half hour swim which were doctors and nurses orders to reduce rise in bood pressure non-existent until this 6 week Amazing America Tour. THANK YOU GOD, Doctors and RNs as it has come down. THE Mohs surgery stitches are ready to be removed from what we have named my Frankenstein Arm. But, alas, now no medical practitioners are in sight. No worries mate, celebrate!
