Celebrating my husband, Daniel Rogers today! From day one he has taken our sons food allergies seriously and initiated safety protocols in our household faster than I did (which means sacrificing some of his own favorite foods and treats). He participates in all our support group activities, watches the kids when Im out serving the food allergy community, personally raised funds as part of our FARE walk team in 2014, and has already volunteered to help with specific advocacy efforts planned in 2015... all without a moments hesitation. In addition, his emotional and hands on support (also requiring many personal sacrifices on his part) in building allergycookie and helping me create my own dream job has been nothing but empowering!
