Celebration is the other side of grief. Someone one told me that a few months ago, but I couldnt find it until now. Those qualities tumble together- ecstasy and agony- Shivas great dance of becoming and undoing. I sit in awe, with joy and gratitude for the grief ceremony and inipi I was a part of yesterday. For the wisdom and transformation of it, but mostly for the love of the community of kind and brave souls who participated in it. I see more clearly then ever that love is all we need. In Truth, it is all we are. Thank you Michelle Dionne and Jason for opening your hearts and your land to all of us, and for creating such a strong and safe container for our hearts.
