Celeriac Remoulade it is then! Scored a few knobbly heads of celeriac at the wholesalers this week and thought you may like to get your grater out, for a rip snorter of a salad to go with something quickly grilled. Fire up the mustard pot for the dressing and those sinuses and sniffles will be gone...damn you wintery weather! (Unless you are one of the lucky ones heading off to the snow this weekend!)
