Celfon brigades against kidnapping in Jolo and Sulu Peace. In the projected gathering of the Tausogs this Friday March 14, 2014 at the Plaza Marina, there is a need for the manusya to consider their own respective various celfon brigades or circles. Each brigade could have ten to twenty members. Everyone may establish, organize, and join at least one to five brigades. Everyone should have at least one celfon brigade in his/her own purok; another one in his/her barangay; one in his/her own town or municipality; and one in his/her office or place of work. For some practice exercises, each celfon brigade or circle could have at least once a week update of celfon text news from their respective locations. Everytime, there are some suspected about to happen untoward incident, any member seeing the activity, need to make some preliminary text appropriate report to each of the other members of each brigade on the descriptions on alleged or suspected individuals or possible incident to happen. As many celfons are with some camera capability, the brigade member could take some secret photos or pictures; and in secret take appropriate picture much more should the untoward could be happening.
