Cellular differentiation is the process by which a less specialized cell becomes a more specialized cell type. It occurs numerous times during the development of a multicellular organism.Differentiation dramatically changes a cells size, shape, membrane potential, metabolic activity, and responsiveness to signals. Similar differentiation process occurs in human beings too! Initially at t=0 everyone is born with same physical characteristics. but with time differentiation speeds up, that depends on how we learn from surroundings, how much hard work we put in.
