Central African Republic Issues Warrant For Former President Hardly a few months after he was ousted, former President Francois Bozize from the Central African Republic is now a wanted fugitive. The current government, led by rebel leader Michel Djotodia, has issued an international arrest warrant for Bozize, who fled the country during the coup. He is wanted for crimes against humanity, some of which fall under the scope of the International Criminal Court, a chief prosecutor from the CAR told Gulf News (UAE).
