Centralia Man Quickly Taken Back Into Custody After Posting Bond A 52-year-old rural Centralia man was free on bond for only about two and a half hours Tuesday before he was arrested again. 52-year-old Ronald Rulevish of Lake Road had been arrested on Monday for domestic battery. He was able to post the $250 cash bond around noon Tuesday following his first court appearance. But Rulevish was back in custody by 2:30 Tuesday afternoon after the sheriffs department had received another call to his home. He was arrested for violation of an order of protection after he allegedly refused to let Diana Mobley leave the home. She had also been the victim of the domestic battery at Rulevish home on Monday.
