Certain Council Agenda Items to be Tabled at June 17, 2014 Council Meeting Council agenda item numbers 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, & 26 will be tabled at the June 17, 2014 Council meeting due to email issues that have occurred during the process of sending out the items for publication to the official journal. A virus recently infected various parish computers. This caused several computers to begin generating spam emails. Due to the spam emails that were being generated caused the governments emails to end on several Spam Blacklists. This resulted in all emails being sent to outside addresses to become marked as spam and not be delivered to the recipients. Therefore the items above were not advertised in the official journal as required by law so they will be tabled and addressed at the July 1, 2014 Council meeting which will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
