Certain folks remind me of a dog barking at the moon or at any passing shadow of the night. Anything looks suspicious to them that they do not understand and they have what I call a nutty moment. This usually means barking away at their phantoms with all the fury they can muster. Which accomplishes nothing except keeping the whole neighborhood up all night. Dogs will be dogs and so will people be people. And just like dogs barking at anything they perceive as evil and threatening so likewise many a windy gasbag on a preaching streak will raise a ruckus on any and every perceived infraction they think the world is guilty of. Big or small. Real or imagined. Makes no difference to them. They bark at it and bark some more. And wonder why the world continues on, unchanged as before. I cant decide whether this is a noble cause. Or simply plain stupid.
