Certainly an eye catching story in Florissant where a Councilman accused me of speaking with Forked Tongue Are there any citizens or taxpayer groups in Florissant that have anything thoughts about the new recommendations for raises at City Hall. The mayor set up a committee to look into raises for Department Heads and workers. But three departments heads sat on that committee that will recommend their own raises as well as the pay hikes for others at city hall...Higher up already making almost $90,000 will get up to a 17 % raise, whereas some of the workers will get pay hikes as low as 1 and 2 percent.. Id really like to talk to interested citizens in Florissants who have some thoughts on this.
